Book a demo of the Total Pharma Tech platform
Tell us how your field organisation is structured and we will build the walkthrough around it, using your countries, roles and territory model. We reply within one business day, usually with two proposed times and a short list of what we would like to see beforehand.

Prefer to start on your own?
You do not have to wait for a call. The platform is live at app.totalpharmatech.com and you can create your own account and set up your organisation yourself.
Direct contacts
- Commercial and sales — sales@totalpharmatech.com for demos, pricing, proposals and partnership discussions.
- General enquiries — hello@totalpharmatech.com for anything else, including careers and press.
- Existing customers — support@totalpharmatech.com for platform support, incidents and configuration requests.
What happens next
- We read your message and confirm receipt within one business day, usually with two or three proposed times for a call.
- Before the call we send a short list of questions about your field model, countries and current systems, so the session is about your organisation rather than a generic overview.
- On the call we walk through the platform configured to look like your structure, and we are explicit about what is available today and what is on the roadmap.
- Within two business days of the call you receive a written summary: scope, the commercial shape, integration requirements and any security or legal steps needed before a pilot.
- If a pilot makes sense, we propose success measures and a review date before any work starts.
What to have ready
- The number of field representatives, managers and business units involved.
- Countries or affiliates in scope, and the languages the field team works in.
- Your territory structure — by geography, by account, by product or a mix.
- Therapeutic areas and product portfolio the field team covers.
- The CRM, planning or reporting tools in use today, and who owns them.
- Any country-specific interaction, approval or disclosure rules we must respect.
- Whether consent, data residency or retention requirements are fixed by local policy.
- Who from IT, data protection or legal will need to be involved in a review.
Procurement and vendor assessment: we will complete your security questionnaire, data processing agreement and vendor onboarding pack on request, and we will tell you plainly which certifications we hold today and which are on the roadmap. If a signed NDA is needed before we see anything, send it with your enquiry and we will return it signed.
Common questions about the demo
How long is the demo?
Thirty minutes for a first walkthrough, which is usually enough to cover planning, engagement and reporting. Sessions with IT, compliance or procurement stakeholders often run to sixty minutes so the technical and security questions get proper time.
Can we see our own data structure?
Yes, and it is the most useful version of the demo. Send a sample file with your territory, account or HCP structure — or a description of the fields if the data is sensitive — and we will configure a sandbox to match it before the call.
Do you support small teams?
Yes. The platform is used by single-country teams as small as a handful of representatives as well as by multi-affiliate organisations. Pricing is per representative per month, so a small team pays a small amount, with no minimum organisation size.
Can we sign an NDA first?
Yes. Send your mutual NDA with the enquiry or at any point before the call and we will review and return it. Where an organisation has no template, we can provide a short mutual NDA covering the information shared during evaluation.
Who will be on the call?
A product specialist who knows the platform in detail, and where the discussion turns to integration, data or compliance, an engineer or the person responsible for security directly rather than a pre-sales intermediary. You will always know who is joining in advance.
What if we are not ready to buy?
That is a normal outcome. Many first conversations are about comparing approaches to territory planning or field data quality. You will leave with a clear view of what the platform does, and we will not chase you with a sequence of follow-up emails.
Prefer to read before you talk?
The platform pages cover territory planning, engagement, analytics and the AI layer in detail, and pricing is published with no request form in the way.
